The Ranch provides adventure with a focus on group problem solving that will enhance communication skills, encourage cooperation and build self-confidence. Your staff will discover how to improve their efficiency as a team. Bring your group to the Ranch for a retreat that will both challenge them and leave them with fond memories.

The Confidence Course is a modified obstacle course that an individual cannot complete without the help of his team. It is a series of ropes, cables, and pulleys designed to test communication and cooperative skills. The High Ropes Course is very similar in design with a twist. It is 35 feet off the ground! Every person is attached to a safety device known as a belay to ensure personal safety while still having the perception of participating in an element that involves risk.

Some Group Activities available are Climbing Wall, High Ropes Elements, Confidence Course, Rock Climbing, Whitewater Rafting, Hiking, Fly Fishing, Canoeing, Cross Country Skiing and Horseback Riding.

We also offer Corporate Adventure Programs in affiliation with Outdoor Wilderness Leadership School (OWLS).
