Dining at the Ranch reminds guests of simpler times when families enjoyed a full dinner sitting around the table and sharing conversation well into the evening. Each night Chef prepares "Ranch" Favorite" entrees; such as, Bison Short Rib with black pepper cheddar grits with a chipotle cream sauce or Grilled Black Angus Steaks with grilled asparagus and roasted shallot demi-glaze. These savory plates are rounded by rotating "Specials" featuring fresh fish and some of the most creative culinary combinations in the Northern Rockies.

Summer 2016 Showcase

“The ranch is lovely - rustic, authentic, and very comfortable. You really feel like you're in a cabin in the mountains, yet it's an easy stroll to the dining room, stables, and other activities. The thing that sets this vacation experience apart from others, however, was the friendliness of the people working there. They really enjoy what they do and it's apparent. They really want you to enjoy your time there and will do what it takes to make it happen. The food was phenomenal - big hot breakfasts always at the ready; made to order lunches and dinners you wanted to linger over. Again, the rides were great, the hikes awesome, and the Yellowstone day trip is a must - but it's the people that make it memorable.”
