Each night Chef Nick Steen prepares "Ranch Favorite" entrees; such as, Bison Short Rib with black pepper cheddar grits with a chipotle cream sauce or Grilled Black Angus Steaks with grilled asparagus and roasted shallot demi-glace. These savory plates are rounded out by rotating "Specials" featuring fresh fish and the most creative culinary combinations in the Northern Rockies.
