his image shows a group on a five mile naturalist guided hike to Windy Ridge in the Gallatin National Forest. Hikes such as this allow guests to explore and learn about alpine ecosystems and to enjoy the abundant natural beauty. 
ll day hikes are offered several times during the week. The themes vary so we can adapt them to the guests and the weather. Some examples of themes are: Alpine hike, Yellowstone Park hike and "seasonal" hikes. The seasonal themes are based on subjects such as: wildflowers in season, animal tracking on muddy days, alpine lake hikes, wildlife viewing and elk bugling in the fall.
alf-day hikes are offered every day and are also theme oriented. Some of these include: looking for animal tracks, edible and medicinal plants, the popular Beehive Basin hike, geology walks, wildflower walks as well as bird watching and listening journeys.
