Rates - Summer

We offer an all inclusive week long guest ranch experience.

During the summer, our rates include:

• Lodging in one our cozy cabins or a room in our Ridgetop Lodge
• Three meals daily
• Experienced wranglers, naturalist guides and youth program counselors
• Horseback riding Guided hikes and mountain biking
• Guided Yellowstone National Park tours
• Guided Canoeing
• Outdoor youth adventures program (ages 4-18)
• Gourmet BBQs on Mondays and Saturdays
• Yoga in the B-K
• Evening programs
• Entertainment in the Ranch Saloon
• Transfers to and from the Bozeman, Montana airport (on Sundays only)
   

Family Season June 17, 2012-August 26, 2012
Adults only August 26, 2012-September 16, 2012

2012 Rates (All Rates are per person)
Adults (ages 6 and up) $2681-$3985/ week
Kids (ages 4-5) $1638/ week
Kids (ages 2-3) $608/ week

We also offer guided fly fishing, massage therapy, a full bar and extensive wine list and sea kayak trips on Yellowstone Lake for an additional cost.

Other length of stay packages available. 4 night minimum. Rates are subject to change.

Taxes: There is a 1.75% state accommodations tax and a 3% local tax added to your final bill.

Gratuities: If a guest wishes to express a special thank you to our crew, we suggest 10-15% of the total package rate, which will be distributed among all Ranch staff.

Group Rates: Please call for special rate options for groups of 8 or more.

Deposits: We require a 40% deposit 6 months prior to your scheduled arrival. For reservations made more than 6 months prior to your scheduled arrival, we require a $100 deposit for a small cabin or a room in Ridgetop Lodge and a $200 deposit for a large cabin.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation 90 days or more before your scheduled arrival, we will refund your deposit less a $100 cancellation fee per small cabin or room in Ridgetop Lodge, and $200 per large cabin. For cancellations within 90 days of scheduled arrival, we will retain the full deposit. If we can rebook the space, we will issue a deposit refund less the cancellation fee. No refunds or price adjustments will be made to your total package price for any changes within 30 days of arrival which result in shortening length of stay, or reduction in occupancy.
