Naturalist
There isn’t a more fitting place to explore the wilderness than with our experienced and knowledgeable naturalist staff in the Greater Yellowstone ecosystem.
The combination of good and knowledgeable people and nature will make anyone look at life a little differently. Whether your preferred mode of exploration is by foot hiking, by boat canoeing or kayaking, by bike mountain biking or by vehicle touring Yellowstone National Park, our naturalists help guests feel comfortable while discovering nature…and themselves.
There is no one-size-fits-all activity as every guided experience is planned with the abilities and interests of the guests in mind. All day hikes, half day hikes, short hikes around the Ranch, morning and afternoon mountain bike rides, canoeing and kayaking lakes and touring are all customized and planned to provide as much, or as little, physical activity guests wish for while expanding their knowledge of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. Guests will come back from their experience knowing more about the geology, birds, trees and wildlife.
The Greater Yellowstone ecosystem is humbling. From the rugged peaks, fast flowing rivers and expansive meadows to the diverse wildlife, including wolves, bison, bears and moose, it is one of the few landscapes that still offers all the wildlife that were here when the first European settlers arrived two centuries ago.
Get out and explore.
