Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Lunch is served from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. Lunch consists of a hot buffet with menus that change daily as well as a sandwich bar, soup, salads, fresh bread and desserts. A bag lunch buffet is set out in the morning so guests can prepare a special lunch while away for the day. Dinner is served between 5:30 p.m.and 8:30 p.m. Guests will be treated to full course dinners from our delectable menu. Our cuisine is inspired by the bounty of the Northern Rockies, featuring locally raised meats, game and organic farm produce. During the summer, we have several outdoor barbecues with a campfire sing-a long one night.
