Rates - Winter

We offer an all-inclusive winter week long guest ranch experience.

During the winter, our rates include:

Lodging in one of our cozy cabins or a room in our Ridgetop Lodge, three meals daily, over 85km of meticulously groomed Nordic trails, 30km of snowshoe trails, an old fashioned sleigh ride dinner, on-the-snow gourmet trail BBQ lunch, yoga, entertainment in the Ranch saloon, evening programs, wine and cheese social and transfers to and from the Bozeman, Montana airport.

Adults (ages 13 and up) $2084- $3528/ week
Kids (ages 4-12) $1113/ week
Kids (ages 2-3) $574/ week

*transportation offered on Saturdays only, except Mondays the weeks of 12/19-12/26 &12/26-1/2/12

We also offer ski and snowshoe rentals, backcountry ski tours, Yellowstone Park snowcoach and ski tours, ski lessons by PSIA certified instructors, guided winter fly fishing, massage therapy, a full bar and extensive wine list for an additional cost.

Taxes: There is a 1.75% state accommodations tax and a 3% local tax added to your final bill.

Gratuities: If a guest wishes to express a special thank you to our crew, we suggest 10-15% of the total package rate, which will be distributed among all Ranch staff.

Group Rates: Please call for special rate options for groups of 8 or more.

Deposits: We require a 40% deposit 6 months prior to your scheduled arrival. For reservations made more than 6 months prior to your scheduled arrival, we require a $100 deposit for a small cabin or a room in Ridgetop Lodge and a $200 deposit for a large cabin.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation 90 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund your deposit less a $100 cancellation fee per small cabin or room in Ridgetop Lodge and a $200 cancellation fee per large cabin. If you cancel your reservation within 90 days of your scheduled arrival date, we retain the full deposit. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made to your total package price for any changes within 30 days of scheduled arrival. This includes shortening your stay or reducing the number of guests for the reservation.
