Meadowlark

Built in 1915 as the original Gatekeeper’s Cabin, Meadowlark is one of the ranch’s most historic dwellings. Perched near the entrance to the property, it once welcomed wranglers and travelers on horseback. Today, it remains a symbol of Lone Mountain Ranch’s beginnings—a cozy, wood-paneled haven with a queen bed, sitting area, wood stove, full bath with walk-in tile shower, and a private porch swing perfect for watching the valley come alive at dawn. The cabin’s namesake bird often sings nearby, its bright call echoing the spirit of Montana’s open fields and wide skies.
